Qualification:

• Graduates or Post Graduates

Skill-sets:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer system, Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to learn new software system.

Job Description:

• Have a good work attitude - should be committed to the work
• Ability to work with various internal departments and prioritise tasks to ensure service levels are adhered to.
• Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations
• Possess good analytical skills and be detail oriented
• Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
• Excellent customer/client service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer/client issue in a fast-paced environment

• Cab Facility: Night Drop
• Working Hours (UK Shift) - 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (summers) and 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST (winters)
